Unsuccessful login!
Dear colleague, the CUSMAN authentication was successful, but unfortunately the login to Moodle failed.
There are several possible reasons for this, the most likely being the following:

Your user has not yet been created in Moodle. Users and course matching in Moodle take up to 24 hours to be created after they have been recorded in Neptune. If the Neptun recording was done within one day, please be patient, users will be added during the next sync. (For international students this is often late, please be patient.)

If you have previously other CUSMAN ID (e.g., as pervious student) at the University and have become a phd student or new instructor, you will need to merge your IDs (or use the previous one). This is because only one Neptun code can be assigned to a CUSMAN ID. So, currently Moodle is still linked to your previous CUSMAN ID. Please ask for help at the IT department: ithelpdesk@uni-corvinus.hu

If it has been 24 hours since the Neptun fix and your CUSMAN ID is not new, please write to moodlehelpdesk@uni-corvinus.hu and write your CUSMAN and Neptun ID and send us the code "Cusnepterr".
